OralCheck is a free, private oral cancer risk screener. It takes about two minutes, requires no account, and does not store answers.
Oral cancer is often caught late, which is the main reason it remains deadly. Survival is far better when it is found early, and HPV has become a leading cause in adults under 50. OralCheck turns published risk factors into a short self-assessment, explains which answers moved the score and why, and points people toward nearby care that can actually screen them. It is built and maintained by Ian Harris, a predental student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is available in English and Spanish.

Founder
Ian Harris built OralCheck as an undergraduate, motivated by how routinely oral cancer is caught at a stage where treatment is harder and outcomes are worse. He designed the risk model from published literature, wrote the clinical explainers, and built the site and its clinic finder.
